Second Grade Challenge: January 17-20

Hello, second graders! As you may know, we were out of school on Monday because of Martin Luther King Day. To learn more about Dr. King, read this article about his famous "I Have a Dream" speech.

For your challenge this week, you will write your own mini-speech about a dream that you have. Your speech should be at least five sentences, and you should talk about an idea that would make the world a better place.

Have an adult send a copy of your speech to acsk2challenge@gmail.com . You will get a certificate for your hard word, and your name will be entered into a drawing for a sweet treat! Good luck!
