Second Grade Challenge: January 9-13

This week's challenge comes from nrich.maths.org. The University of Cambridge (in England) maintains this site, so you will notice at least one word that is spelled differently than we spell it here in the United States.

If you think you have solved all four triangle puzzles, have an adult take a picture of your work and send it to acsk2challenge@gmail.com .

There is a quick way to solve these puzzles. If you figure out the "trick," be sure to include that with your submission, too (think of it as a bonus question--you don't have to answer it, but I will be impressed if you do!). You will get a certificate for your work, and a lucky winner will also receive a sweet treat! Good luck!
